As you are all aware the Miramar OPS Center is going to be merged into the Orlando OPS Center beginning Monday 10-15-07.
Our new Broker Coordinator on any files submitted from here forward will be Mindy Irwin.

You will continue to submit your files using E-Magic and TRIO the only difference is you choose the FLORIDA storefront.
In addition, in order to increase turn times on underwriting and clearing of conditions a new policy is being instituted regarding the MINIMUM documentation required for a loan submission.
I have attached a form listing the necessary documentation for a loan to be underwritten.
Please pay particular attention to this. If a loan is submitted missing any required docs it cannot be sent to the underwriter and it will slow down your turn time.
Kenya and the rest of the Miramar staff will be here to serve you and close all the loans that we currently have in Miramar until November 2.
We are attempting to make this switch as seamless as possible for you but I know there will be some issues.
I count on YOU to keep me in the loop so I can help move our loans to a smooth closing as soon as possible.
